all parties when contract is signed. Deposit will be returned after rental date if clean up is satisfactory, no damages occur and

- Accommodates up to 120 people dining/classroom
on main floor.
- Stage/bar/dancing area.
- Rest rooms (handicapped accessible) and

Barn Basic Rental Fee:
The barn is temporarily unavailable for
rentals. A deposit fee of $100 will be charged to
all parties when contract is signed. Deposit will be returned after rental date if clean up is satisfactory, no damages occur and
key is returned. Rental rates
effective March 1, 2006. Previously signed contracts not affected.
One-day Event $250.00
Rental from 9a.m. to midnight
- Size: 42 X 64 feet (excludes 3-foot exhibit
perimeter and smallest bay)
- Accommodates about 260 people in auditorium
seating.
- Accommodates about 200 people seated at
tables among four bays.
- Plenty of room for ceremony to be
performed.
- Two serving areas: 9 X 33 feet and 9 X 12
feet.
- Space can be provided for dancing with less
seating.
- Excellent lighting.
- Outside rest room facility.

- Size: Main Room 30 X 28 feet. - Annex
Room 11 X 16 feet.
- Accommodates 130 - 150 people easily,
more with some crowding, on original bleacher-style and stand-alone
wood benches.
- Pulpit desk on platform for ceremony.
- Outside rest room facility.

addition, we can recommend several Butler County caterers
and other special services for gatherings large and small.
BRIDES - might want to
consider mailing their invitations or announcements
from the Harmony Post Office with "Love" or "Wedding" postage stamp
and the Harmony cancellation. We can help.
